In The Bloom Home Instruction Program, girls learn how to chart their cycle signs and cycle symptoms and apply nutritional strategies to maintain a healthy menstrual cycle.  The program also teaches mothers how to use the Bloom Chart to monitor their daughters’ reproductive health. 

 For girls who wish to chart the waking temperature alongside the Bloom Chart, the program also comes with a reproducible BBT Companion Chart.

 

Registration Includes: Mothers receive a two 45-minute  Pre-Teaching Consultations and a 30-minute Follow-up Consultation with Chart Review.
