The Bloom Seminar teaches girls the basic technical aspects of the Bloom Cycle Awareness Charting System and is designed to serve as a help and accompaniment to mothers as they teach their daughters at home. The seminar is divided into 2 two hour sessions and includes an overview of the menstrual cycle and God’s plan for the feminine design, charting signs and symptoms, interpreting the chart and pinpointing the menstrual period, maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle, and the adolescent menstrual cycle.
